Values

Creating Opportunity. Respecting Each Other.

Our players want to play football having had their chances limited by real barriers. As their coach, my job is to meet what’s underneath that — helping them become better players, giving them new experiences, and providing the structure that’s often missing elsewhere in their lives.

These values weren’t handed down from a manual — they’ve developed over the time this team has spent together. Many of our players tasted their first experience of competitive football within the last two years, and it shows in how much they want to keep playing: not just for themselves, but so they can one day return to support the club’s growth and create new opportunities for the players coming up behind them.

Creating Opportunity

For players who’ve faced barriers to the game, we create the opportunity to play, compete, and grow — on and off the pitch. Every session is a chance to become a better player, gain a new experience, and build the structure that carries into everyday life.

Respecting Each Other

Respect for teammates, opponents, coaches and the club is what turns a group of individuals into a team. It’s the value that keeps players coming back — not just to play, but to give back and help build something for the next generation.

A Team Still Finding Its Feet

Many of our players tasted their first experience of competitive football within the last two years. Their values have grown out of that shared beginning — and it’s why they want to stay involved long after their playing days, coming back to support the club’s growth and open doors for the next group.

Success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice and most of all, love of what you are doing or learning to do.
